1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
You must request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged During Shipping: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement once we receive proof of damage (e.g., photos).
Defective Products: If the product is unused and has a manufacturing defect, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us to initiate the process.
- Wrong Sizes: If the product is delivered with wrong sizes different from the ordered items, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us to initiate the process.
3. Normal Wear and Tear
Products that show signs of use or wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or returns. This includes tools that have been used, even if only once.
Normal wear and tear from proper use of the product is considered acceptable and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Products that have been used or show signs of wear.
Products that are not in their original packaging.
Products purchased more than 7 days ago.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged or defective products).
Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the address of the nearest return warehouse in your country.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective product).
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, your refund will be processed, or a replacement will be shipped to you.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Replacement Process
If you choose a replacement, we will ship the new product to you once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Replacement shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
